tribtown > Seymour firefighters, including Capt. Eric Roll, left, and Battalion commander Artie Robertson spent part of their day Wednesday investigating a suspected arson fire at 232 Bryant Drive on the city's west side. The fire was reported at 5:14 p.m. Wednesday. Investigators say they believe someone placed a cardboard box full of wood on the patio on the back of the unoccupied home and set the box on fire.

tribtown > Director of Anchor House, Deb Bedwell, said she is greatful for everything the contractors have repaired and installed including this dutch door. The door, which separates the office from the hallway, provides privacy for the workers, while maintaining an opening for communication with clients.
tribtown > Mike Skaggs and Emery Webster of Skaggs Builders repair a wall in the Anchor House. Between $20,000 to $30,000 of supplies and work has been donated by a variety of contractors in Seymour so that Anchor House can continue providing a warm and welcoming place for people in need to come.
