This single engine bi-plane flown by Phillip E. Krueger, 57, of Freetown crashed just east of Seymour Municipal Airport shortly after he took off at about 8:30 a.m. Monday. Krueger sustained minor injuries to the face and hands in the wreck, investigated by the Indiana State Police and the Federal Aviation Administration.
