tribtown > Amy Kaiser, a dispatcher at the Seymour Police Department for 11 years, was honored Feb. 1, 2008, in Indianapolis as the Telecommunication Operator of the Year. The award was presented by the Indiana Association of Chiefs of Police, and she was nominated by former SPD Assistant Chief Jim Elliott.
