tribtown > Ann Windley (center) is presented the Marjorie Woodruff Klinck Leadership Award by Mary Durkin (left) and Beth Archer from the Indiana Leadership Association. They surprised Windley at her home on Walnut Street in Seymour on June 22, 2007. Windley is the retiring director of Leadership Jackson County after 13 years, and she had replaced Klinck, who died in 1994.
