Columbus North High School graduate Josh Speidel, who continues to recover from injuries he suffered in a car wreck last February, works with fourth-graders Joustin Ballinas and Jay Patel at Margaret R. Brown Elementary School. Speidel is working as an instructional assistant in Jennifer Regruth's classroom this school year. Speidel's mother, Lisa Speidel, is assistant principal at Brown.
