Luehrs' Ideal Rides is providing the carnival rides, games and concessions for the 42nd annual Seymour Oktoberfest. This is the first year the company has been to the festival and is providing bigger, better and more rides than in the past, said Oktoberfest co-chair Martha McIntire.
