Wayne Black pose for a ribbon cutting photo during a ceremony to rename the portion of I-65 between Johnson County and Seymour the Tuskegee Airmen Highway at the Columbus Municipal Airport in Columbus, Ind., Friday, Oct. 21, 2016. The Indianapolis Chapter of Tuskegee Airmen Inc. requested that the Indiana Legislature pass a resolution to rename a portion of I-65 in honor the first African American aviators in U.S. history. The ceremony was held at the airport due to it's connection with training Tuskegee Airmen when it was named Atterbury Army Airfield during World War II. Mike Wolanin | The Republic
