Seymour Police K9 Officer Adam Surface will miss his partner, Niko, who recently was retired from duty because of arthritis-like symptoms in his hips. But Surface feels better knowing that Niko will live out the rest of his days with Brad Moore and his family in Reddington. The city recently transferred ownership of the dog to Moore, the brother of K9 Officer Brian Moore.
